With the total area of 66.6 m2, the space consists of an entrance hall, a meeting room, an office, a kitchen with a dining area, a toilet, a storage room and a terrace.

The space is fully furnished and equipped with all devices and equipment necessary for modern business. The office has a desk for 4 workstations with ergonomic office chairs and a generous number of electrical and network connections, as well as spacious open and closed shelves. A 49″ LG TV is installed in the meeting room, connected to the conference table via an HDMI cable. The kitchen is equipped with a sink, a dishwasher, a built-in refrigerator of standard height, a hot plate, a microwave oven, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. At the entrance there is a closet for personal belongings and storage space.

Fast internet and high-quality wifi are also provided. Each office has a separate amplifier for music, and a Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connection between the computer/phone and the amplifier is enabled. The space is secured by video surveillance, an alarm system and an intercom. The space is heated and cooled by parapet fan coil devices.

Please note that an amount of EUR 200 is added to the monthly rent, to cover operating costs (towels – toilet paper – chemicals – cleaning once a week as well as the costs of electricity, info station, building maintenance and internet).

One garage space is included in the rental price.
