We have come together with the aim to establish our own platform that will offer expertise and professionalism which often lacks in the real estate market in Serbia and the region. Based on a detailed analysis of the real estate market, we offer objective, independent and reliable advice on the advantages and disadvantages of a particular property. We also provide our expert opinion on its value in the context of the current market, price growth trends, and investment opportunities.

Ana has a degree in architecture, is fluent in English and loves a combination of modern and traditional design. Clients adore her for her relentless energy and enthusiasm.
Bojana Milenković

Bojana is a recognized luxury real estate sales expert. With a degree in economics and banking, Bojana is well versed in the financial and legal aspects of real estate transactions, which gives her clients a special advantage when purchasing and selling properties. Bojana worked on the leading real estate development project, the Belgrade Waterfront, and received numerous awards for her sales results. Thanks to her loyalty and perfectionism, even the most demanding clients often become her most loyal customers. Bojana has a master’s degree in economics from the University of Niš and is fluent in English. She is a passionate real estate investor and has the kind of charisma that is impossible to resist.

Ivan is a seasoned professional in developing real estate projects. He was part of the teams that designed, developed and commercialized leading masterplan projects in Southeast Europe, including Porto Montenegro and Belgrade Waterfront. Ivan specializes in mixed-use developments that feature high-end residential and branded hospitality offer.
Ivan holds a Master in Business Administration degree from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, USA, and is a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
