This cluster of four super-luxury villas on three levels (basement+GF+1) occupies the best position in the complex and has a direct, open view of the Danube and Vojvodina. On the ground floor of these villas there is a living room, a dining room and a kitchen, as well as a bathroom, a toilet and one room which, at the owner’s request, can be a study/children’s room or a guest suite. The living room faces two different directions, towards the back yard and the inner atrium, and in one part it has a double height, which gives this space airiness and exclusivity. The upper floor of the villa is occupied by a master bedroom with a master bathroom and a large terrace overlooking the Danube, two more bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a library on the gallery, a gym and a storage room. In the basement there is a wine cellar, a sauna with a shower and a bathroom, storage and service rooms.

The Danube Pearls

A group of three exclusive luxury buildings on two (GF+1) or three levels (basement+GF+1) has a side position towards the loess plot – the glen and a view towards the plain and the Danube. On the ground floor of both types of these houses there is a spacious kitchen with dining room, toilet and storage rooms. Towards the yard there is a living room which is accessed by three steps, so this room has an extended height. The living room faces two different directions and opens onto a partially covered relaxation area near the swimming pool. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with bathrooms, a terrace and one master bedroom with a master bathroom and its own spacious terrace. In the basement of the type B house there is a sauna with a shower and bathroom and service rooms.

The Danube Wreath

The Danube Wreath is a group of two buildings with 4 separate residential units each (a total of eight houses in a row), and faces the central green area of ​​the complex. The access to the facilities is from the west side of the plot, via an internal road. Each residential unit has a separate pedestrian and car entrance to the plot. A typical residential unit is organized as a duplex apartment, and each of them has an independent garden, swimming pool and two parking spaces. Each of the houses on the ground floor has a double-sided open space living room with kitchen and dining room. From the kitchen there is an access to a small courtyard with a landscaped green area, while the living room is connected to the garden with the swimming pool. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with its own bathroom and terrace, two more bedrooms, one bathroom and a gallery.

Houses and residential units can be purchased in the shell phase of construction or furnished according to the conceptual proposal of the designer of the complex. At the owner’s request, a swimming pool can be built in the gardens of all types of houses, for an additional fee, and Danube Villas can also be equipped with an elevator.

In the center of the Danube Heights complex there is a beautifully landscaped green area, and the construction of a lookout point with a view of the river is planned.
