The Kristal Lux complex is located in the very center of Jahorina, in Poljice, only 100 m from the ski slope, Poljice gondola and summer facilities (Alpine Coaster, Adrenalin Park). It is connected by a heated passageway with the Monument Jahorina restaurant (by the eponymous restaurant chain from Belgrade), and ski rental and ski school.

Kristal Lux features a total of 28 apartments of different sizes and structures, from studios to 3-br units. There is a sports equipment boutique on the ground floor, and a massage salon and a tobacco shop soon to be opened. There is a garage in the basement of the building, and the garage space can be rented for a few days or for the whole season.

Top quality materials were used in construction of this luxurious complex. It is built with siporex blocks, 20 cm thick, thermal insulation of the outer walls is made of stone wool, 15 cm thick. The interior walls, as well as the floors, are coated with sound insulation (Etafon). The exterior walls on the ground floor are lined with first-class stone from Hreša (the same stone used to make St. Mark’s Square in Venice); on the next three floors a ventilated facade was installed, on which ceramic plates measuring 300×100 cm were placed; the last two floors – attic are covered with aluminum sheets. First-class Italian ceramics (120×60), Ariston boilers, Villeroy Boch sanitary ware and Grohe faucets are installed in the bathrooms. All apartments have separate electric heating, through Vaillant thermoblocks with a combination of floor and radiator heating.
