Two luxurious, modernly designed villas are set in the quiet mountain village of Turodovići above Sveti Stefan, in one of the most picturesque parts of the Montenegrin coast, only a 15-minute drive from Budva. The villas have four levels: on the first floor there is a living room with a double-height ceiling and a gallery, a dining room and a modern kitchen, and this elegant open-space living area opens onto a spacious covered terrace, an infinity pool with sea water and a landscaped garden with a view of the sea; on the second level of the villa there is a gallery overlooking the living area on the ground floor, a master bedroom with its own bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe; three bedrooms and two bathrooms occupy the third level of each house; while in the attic there is an additional room that can be arranged according to the needs of the owner (playroom, office, etc.), as well as a large storage room. The villas have parking spaces for two cars each.

Villa A has an area of ​​227 m2 and is located on a plot of 400.5 m2. The exterior is completely finished, including the pool, while the interior is in the shell phase of construction. The buyer can furnish and equip the space according to his wishes, or he can opt for an interior design package identical to the one in the finished villa B.

Villa B has a total area of ​​231 m2, and is located on a plot of 403 m2. It is completely finished and move-in ready.
